Snap pea and ricotta crostini w/ pea flowers and borage.
Summer salad with arugula, snapdragons, goat cheese and strawberries.
Spaghetti with saffron, chamomile and jasmine butter.
Superbloom cakelettes with lemon, elderflower and lavender.
What To Expect
Of course we know that flowers can be beautiful - but did you know they can be tasty as well? Chef Alex will be leading you through the wide and colorful world of edible flowers and their numerous uses. From pansies to snapdragons, elderflowers to peas and everything in between we will show you the numerous flowers you may already grow in your own garden and their many tasty applications for cocktails, savory appetizers and sweet finishes! Beyond being an expert in perfect pastries, Chef Alex also knows her way around flowers and we will be using edible flowers grown on her 8 acre flower farm, Quince Blossom Ridge.
