Description

The Museum of Work and Culture and the Harris Library will offer the first in its bimonthly program series for homeschoolers called The Ecology of the Blackstone River. This program will begin at the Museum with a guided look at the industrial use of the Blackstone River and its environmental impact, and end with a guided nature walk through River Island Park given by National Park Rangers.

This two-part program will have two sessions, each starting at the Museum of Work and Culture. Families may register for the 10 am-12 pm session or the 11 am-1 pm session. Space is limited, and registration is required. Reminder to please only register for this program if you plan on attending. Unfortunately, attendance has been low despite a full registration list, which leaves students on the waitlist who would have otherwise attended.
