4:45 pm to 7:30 pm

$15 per class, free for children under 12 years old

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey and somatic embodiment practice, held in an intentional container and guided by wellness practitioners and DJs. This workshop series is about self-expression, freeing your mind, and connecting with your body.

Workshop Schedule:

  • Doors- 4:45 PM 
  • Warm-up- 5:00-5:30 PM 
  • Ecstatic Dance- 5:30-7:00 PM 
  • Sound Meditation & Closing- 7:00-7:30 PM 

These are the standard guidelines for Ecstatic Dance gatherings:

  • No talking on the dance floor
  • No substances (Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment)
  • No shoes
  • No Phones, photos, or videos
  • Respect for the space and one another

What to wear/bring:

  • Clothes that let you move your body.
  • Water bottle. We do not provide plastic cups as we strive to be a zero-waste event.
