Join Wisconsin's Department of Workforce Development, Division of Workforce Development for an education session on Creating a Disability Confident Workplace. An estimated 1 in 4 U.S. adults have a diagnosable disability and nearly 1 in 4 U.S. adults live with a mental health condition. This session will highlight and discuss the prevalence of visible and invisible disability in workforce. We will dispel common myths and stereotypes, share practical insights on creating supportive environments, and explore how fostering a disability-confident workplaces not only enhances employee well-being but also drives productivity and strengthens workplace culture.

Mallory Bryan is a Business Services Consultant with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation covering North Central Wisconsin. She engages in strategic business outreach to connect local businesses in accessing the state of Wisconsin's DWD-DVR services and talent. She brings over 10 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities including vocational rehabilitation, long-term care, and equine assisted therapies. Mallory is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces and promoting community integration for individuals with disabilities.
