Description
This year’s event will be on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 4pm-8pm and will be hosted by The Grill at Copper Hill in East Granby, CT. Tickets will be on sale starting on Wednesday, July 16th and will cost $40.00 per person. This event is for adults only (21+) and will allow parents to come and enjoy a night out after a busy baseball and softball season. Extended friends and family (21+) are also welcome to this event to celebrate the players and teams.
A ticket includes a pre-dinner charcuterie style meat/fruit/cheese station, cookout style dinner consisting of a hamburger or cheeseburger, or chicken sandwich, macaroni & cheese, and salad. Additionally, a drink ticket for 1 beer (bottle or draft), 1 glass of wine, or 1 well drink. is also included
There will be a live DJ, cornhole boards set up for a tournament (weather permitting) and we will be offering music bingo ($5 a person, cash only) throughout the event. There will be prizes to be raffled off and a 50/50 raffle for those interested.
