Join a rejuvenating yoga practice in celebration of the Hebrew month of Elul*. This class is dedicated to reflection on the past year, grounding ourselves in the present, and preparing for the year ahead. Suitable for all levels, this session will encompass yoga postures, breath-work, and meditation. Led by Sharon Epstein, co-founder of Lev Shalem Yoga.
*Elul is the Hebrew month preceding Rosh HaShanah, during which one engages in self-reflection and evaluation in preparation for the High Holidays. Learn more here.
