Description
In this experiential class you will connect with a plant ally that is growing on the farm, make your own herbal medicine to bring home, develop your own intuitive relationship to the plants, and be your own healer. Using simple somatic practices we will connect with the the deep wisdom of our bodies, and in doing so, open up to the wisdom of the plants. We will be moving our bodies and drinking herbal infusions, please bring a drinking vessel, a blanket or yoga mat to sit on and wear something comfy you can move freely in.
