Positive affirmations with guided uplifting meditation to seal your new year confirmations of self healing and growth. We are honored to hold space for you and your journey.

Kameron: With six years of experience as a massage therapist, I specialize in intuitive bodywork that integrates both Eastern and Western healing modalities. My approach is deeply personalized. Rooted in a holistic philosophy, my work goes beyond relaxation. My sessions often begin with over-the-sheet techniques to establish comfort and grounding before transitioning into hands-on work. I believe that consistent bodywork is essential for overall well-being, and my goal is to help clients cultivate a deeper awareness of their bodies while experiencing lasting relief.
Mama Troy: An Initiated Indigenous Haitian Tarot Reader and 500-RYT Yoga Instructor, Mama Troy uses pendulums, tarot, and oracle cards to guide individuals through their journey, focusing on shadow work and self-discovery. With a deep passion for holistic wellness, Mama Troy is also a Reiki Master, offering unique physical and energetic support through yoga and energy healing. She creates a safe, nurturing space for her clients to heal, reconnect with their inner child, and embrace the love and guidance they deserve.
