Emerge 2026 is an interactive faith based workshop that explores the connection between emotional well-being and spiritual growth. Designed for individuals, ministry leaders, and fellow therapists, this event offers a safe and supportive environment to address real-life mental health challenges through clinical insight.

Led by licensed mental health professionals, this workshop features keynote teaching, panel discussions, and focused breakout sessions on topics such as anxiety, depression, suicide, addiction, grief, trauma, and self-care. Each breakout session allows for deeper discussion, personal reflection, and practical strategies tailored to specific needs. The afternoon session will focus on a condensed peer support basics training to prepare participants with strategies and skills on how to support others.
