Before working in business transactions, he led small and mid-market companies through growth, profit improvement, and exit planning. That experience shapes his work with business owners considering how to build value or prepare for a future sale. Joe holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and an undergraduate degree from Villanova University.
