Strauss, she advises clients of all sizes on legal entity formation, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, reorganizations, and tax planning.
She has served as lead counsel on numerous stock and asset deals, providing expertise in structuring, negotiation, and tax optimization. Pomy holds a master’s degree in taxation and has worked closely with CFOs and tax professionals to support planning, reporting, and disclosures. Her practice also includes the design of equity incentive plans, including profits interests, stock options, and other performance-based compensation models.
Before joining A.Y. Strauss, she practiced at two Am Law 100 firms and a global conglomerate. Pomy’s breadth of experience makes her uniquely equipped to help businesses navigate the complexities of joint ventures and strategic partnerships with both legal precision and financial insight.
