Description
The offering:
An afternoon retreat that will nourish emotional, spiritual and physical wellness for women, hosted indoors at the ranch. The retreat will begin with guided conversation and thought provoking questions, group shares and discussions about women’s challenges in modern day society. You will need a journal, a pen, a blanket and a pillow (optional).
After a snack break we will dive into the topic of pelvic floor health and gentle core strengthening exercises, followed by another short break and ending with a relaxing guided meditation and Soundbath. At approximately 5pm we will debrief and share a lovely soup and sourdough bread, but other snacks will be provided at this time and on breaks.
You will be guided by three unique practitioners in a stunning setting, treated to generous snacks and refreshments, plus a light supper and a chance to mingle afterwards. Yoga mats will be supplied, but bring what you need to feel comfortable and dress comfortably for stretching. It is a very casual atmosphere and you’ll want to feel comfy and warm.
