If you’ve learned to doubt your intuition because someone else convinced you not to trust it…
This gathering is for you.
Our January Empath Support Group at Earth, Body, & Soul is a compassionate, grounded space dedicated to helping empaths rebuild self-trust and reconnect with their inner knowing after experiences of gaslighting—whether in relationships, family dynamics, workplaces, or spiritual spaces.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
- What gaslighting really is and how it impacts empaths
- How self-doubt and intuition suppression develop over time
- The difference between intuition, fear, and conditioning
- Ways to rebuild confidence in your perceptions and feelings
- Tools to ground, protect, and strengthen your intuitive voice
- How to stop outsourcing your truth to others
This is not group therapy, and it’s not about fixing or blaming.
It’s about validation, nervous-system safety, and remembering who you are beneath the doubt.
This group is for you if:
- You feel disconnected from your intuition after emotional manipulation
- You second-guess your feelings or memories
- You’re learning to set boundaries without guilt
- You want to feel confident in your inner voice again
- You crave a safe space where you’re believed and supported
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen, reflect, and receive.
