This month, our Empath Support Group will hold sacred space for a topic that many sensitive souls and empaths know all too well — healing from narcissistic relationships.
Whether the relationship was romantic, familial, or within a friendship or workplace, narcissistic dynamics can leave deep emotional wounds and spiritual confusion. As empaths, we often give our light so freely — but in the hands of someone who only takes, that light can dim.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
✨ How to recognize narcissistic patterns and energetic manipulation
✨ Understanding trauma bonding, gaslighting, and emotional exhaustion
✨ Techniques to reclaim your power, set boundaries, and rebuild self-trust
✨ Energy healing practices to clear lingering attachments and cords
✨ Reconnecting with your intuition and restoring your authentic voice
