Description

Join the Empty Nesters, a recently formed group of Temple members looking to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and feel more connected with the Temple, clergy, and other similarly situated congregants, for a purposeful evening at Karsh West making sandwiches and packing lunches for our neighbors at The People Concern. The evening on the Resnick Campus begins with a casual dinner.

The Karsh Tikkun Olam Social Service Center (also known as Karsh West), is an extension of the Karsh Family Social Service Center in Koreatown. Karsh’s mission, to repair the world by integrating meaningful volunteer opportunities and Jewish values, now has a home on the west side of Los Angeles at the Resnick Family Campus of Wilshire Boulevard Temple in Brentwood.

One of the largest social service agencies in Los Angeles County, The People Concern empowers the most vulnerable to rebuild their lives.
