Age restrictions
- Disability sports: Suitable for those aged 8 years and over, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Zumba: Suitable for those aged 13 years and over, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Family Bootcamp: Suitable for those aged 5 years and over, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- HIIT: Suitable for those aged 13 years and over, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Cheerleading: Suitable for those aged 11 years and over, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
