Discover the art of fused glass in our flower-themed wind chime class at the Smashing Art Glass Studio. In this hands-on class, you'll design and create a beautiful wind chime featuring a colorful glass flower. Patterns and designs will be available, or you can create your own fantasy flower. This class is perfect for all skill levels, as you will be guided through cutting, arranging, and assembling glass pieces that will be kiln fused.
This is a two-part class. You'll return for part two the following Saturday from 10-Noon, or during an open studio session at a later date where you will add a chain for hanging and metal chimes to the bottom that will allow your wind chime to create sound. Take home assembly options are also available. Glass danglers can be created for an additional fee.

Here are some details to keep in mind when signing up.
- Fused glass projects require kiln firing time and will take about 1-2 weeks to be ready for pickup.
- Attendees must be at least 18 years of age, or 15 if participating with a parent or legal guardian.
- Proper attire is required for all class participants. You will need to wear closed toe shoes, socks and long pants (below knee capris are acceptable).
- Protective eyewear will be provided, but feel free to bring your own safety goggles if you prefer.
- Glass workshops require students to sign a waiver acknowledging and assuming the risks of working with glass. Each glass class will begin with a review of the safety rules and proper glass cutting and handling techniques.
- Our studio is located on the 2nd floor with stair only access. (It's the white concrete building next to H & H Auto Parts!)
- There is on and off-street parking with reserved spaces behind our building. Look for the RESERVED spots directly behind our building.
Refund policy: We require a 48-hour (2-day) cancellation notice in order to issue a refund. If you do not cancel at least 48-hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
