Description
Join us for a Vinyasa style flow. to help you power into your week. Connect your body and mind with the art of movement and breath. Sun salutations, stretches, seated and standing poses ending with Savasana, "corpse pose" to calm the body and mind before returning to outside distractions.
No experience needed, these sessions are meant to introduce strengthening and breathing flows as we listen to what our bodies need from us. Bring water and a yoga mat or blanket/ towel. Beverages and snacks available at concessions located at front of H.C.E.C. barn building.
