Come Enhance your Fitness with us!

The Healthy Living Institute at UMC hosts Enhance Fitness; a class that focuses on dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance and flexibility — everything older adults need to maintain health and function as they age. Balance exercises are included throughout the class. 

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M!
