Description
Equine Assisted Learning is an evidence-based group approach that helps participants learn more about themselves through partnership with a horse. In this group, young people of all abilities will learn how to identify feelings, practice mind/body awareness, and learn group and social strategies. Mental Health Practitioner Lauren Ellis Robinson, LMSW will lead this group utilizing principles of Natural Lifemanship. Thursdays 6:00-7:15.
Note: Participants must wear closed toe shoes. The group will take a break the week of the school district's fall break.
