Description
Erik Stucky is a internationally touring producer, songwriter, and instrumentalist. Growing up in the rugged mountains of Western Colorado, Stucky picked up his first mandolin at the age of 8. Following the release of his debut album Stray Clouds in 2017, Stucky packed up his instruments and a single suitcase and pointed his pickup for Nashville. Since then he’s released his sophomore album, Good Vibrations, and held stages across the United States and Europe. In January 2024, he released his latest single, "Vigilante Love," which has taken off following its national premiere on RFD-TV. The song has been featured by Dirt Road Country as well as Nikki in Nashville, and received over 23K streams on Spotify alone, so far.
Cellist Martha Ditto lives in Delta and played with the Led Zeppelin duo on their No Quarter Tour in 1995. The tour included a 30-piece orchestra, in which she played the cello, and an Egyptian ensemble. Currently, Ditto plays cello with the Valley Symphony Association, and continues to teach cello. She also recorded cello parts for David Starr’s “Beauty and Ruin” CD in his Cedaredge Studio.
Darin Kamstra, DMA, is a professor of music at Colorado Mesa University, director of Jazz Studies and Percussion and head of the Department of Music. Kamstra teaches Percussion Ensemble, Percussion Lessons, Percussion Pedagogy, Electronic Music, and Advanced Music Technology. He believes in fostering students with diverse abilities so that they can adapt to a wide variety of musical opportunities in the future.
Kamstra currently serves as principal timpanist/percussionist of the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra, performs on drum set with the Grand Junction Rockestra and CMU Faculty Jazz Quintet, and appears frequently as a percussion and jazz clinician and recitalist regionally and nationally.
