Our flagship offering — the ultimate Hillsborough experience. Begin with our Signature Experience, a private one-hour immersive tour led by a Wine Ambassador (often a family member). Enjoy a full glass of wine of your choice, explore the history of our estate, and taste wine and beer straight from the tanks while learning about our vineyards and winemaking.

After the tour, relax and continue your visit with a 3-hour private reservation in our premium Vineyard View bay. Overlooking our lush Tannat vines with the best views on the property, this bay seats up to 12 guests and includes dedicated table-side service. In the event of rain, your group will be moved to indoor window seating.
