Etched Bevel Stained Glass w/ Morgan's Stained Glass

Description

In this workshop, you’ll team up with Morgan of Morgan’s Stained Glass to design your own stained glass piece using an assortment of pre-cut glass. You’ll learn how to copper foil your glass pieces and solder them together into a finished stained glass creation that’s ready to take home and immediately hold up to every window in your house. The extra fun twist? This isn’t just any stained glass project. When you purchase your ticket, you’ll choose which pre-made etched bevel to build your stained glass “frame” around—giving your piece that extra sparkle when the sun hits it just right.

Your bevel options are:

All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own work gloves if you like so you know they will fit. 

Potential hazards include: sharp glass, use of lead/tin solder (lead poisoning), skin irritants, and burns from hot soldering irons. Protection equipment is provided, but it is up to the student whether they want to use it.

This workshop is on Sun, Feb 8 10am at the Unglued Craftatorium at Brewhalla - 1702 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 (attached to Drekker Brewing - you'll find this workshop room on Brewhalla's 2nd floor!). Ages middle school to adult. Each attendee must be a ticket holder.

Refund policy: We know plans can change! If you need to change plans please email us at hello@ungluedmarket.com at least 72 hours prior to workshop start to receive a full refund. After that, we don't give refunds as supplies are already purchased unless we are able to utilize a wait list based on demand, but you can transfer it to another person!

Please note a minimum of 8 participants is required so if we don't reach that by 24 hours prior to the event you will be notified by email and refunded.
