By purchasing a ticket, section, table, bottle, or cabana, you explicitly agree that all payments are completely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy applies without limitation to: event rescheduling, venue modifications, artist, comedian, or special guest substitutions, delays, or cancellations, inclement weather, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the event.

Event schedules, talent lineups, and venue accommodations are subject to change at the organizers' sole discretion without prior notice.

All deposits made toward sections, tables, and cabanas are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Ticket holders must present a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket purchase for entry. Entry is subject to the venue's age verification (30+ for women & 35+ for men restrictions), capacity limits, and code of conduct. Chargebacks initiated via banks or credit card processors will be aggressively disputed using these agreed-upon terms.
