Eve can’t stay away from the Left Coast too long, can she! She will be back in town and will be performing with Marc at Shelly Hess’ on Saturday October 15th. As you know, Eve’s life has been full of difficult challenges over the past several years. They will be performing new songs that Eve has written during those years.
This from Eve:
“When I was experiencing the darkest days of my life, not knowing if I would ever make it through to the light, pouring my heart into writing my own songs helped me get through. I began to write songs that speak to my own process of healing through all this. A new album titled "Dark Sky Blue" I am just beginning to put together is the expression of that journey. A healing CD that I hope will help people move through the four different stages of healing in their own lives”:
Awareness, Acceptance, Re-experiencing and Transformation.
Tickets (General Admission) for the concerts are $30/person . Eve is also seeking support for the production of the Dark Sky album. A donation for a concert ticket that will help make the new album a reality is $100 per ticket (VIP). You will receive admission to the concert plus a pre-release (you’re first on the list) digital copy of the Dark Sky album when it is completed as well as a “Thank You” on the CD liner notes.
Drinks will be provided (and/or you can bring your own) and the potluck table is open for desserts and finger foods. Concert is in the backyard - bring your jacket!!
