Description

RSVP for a seat on the WC bus to the commencement ceremony. 

SPOTS ARE LIMITED TO 35 SEATS, FIRST COME, FIRST RESERVED.  Loading will begin at 3:15pm in the circle drive and will leave no later than 3:45pm, on May 19th, 2022. We will have a light reception prior to the ceremony, beginning at 4:30pm

The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm and last until approximately 8:00pm. Bus will begin loading from the same drop off location, 15min post ceremony. The bus will leave the FTW Convention Center 30min post ceremony. Please do not be late to loading, the driver will not be waiting past 40min post ceremony as a consideration to all riding to and from WC.
