Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum (evergreenmuseum.org) offers full day camps for K-8th graders in Yamhill County and greater Oregon.
Providing families with a full schedule of activities and learning experiences, the Day Camp is designed to be a fruitful alternative to high-quality day care, weekend activities, or local educational engagement.
Day Camps are generally scheduled on teacher in-school service days in alignment with the McMinnville School District calendar.
Our Day Camps are led by professional museum educators trained in delivering include tours, STEAM activities, and tons of fun!
For the 2025-2026 academic year, we will be deploying a different theme for every camp to keep your child continuously engaged.

Winter 2026 Day Camp Themes
- 1/19: Breakthrough: Hidden Heroes of Aerospace
- 1/29: Pilot Prep: Inside the Cockpit
- 1/30: Astronaut: Aboard the ISS
- 2/16: The Science of Spycraft
Criteria to Sign up for Camp:
- At least five (5) year old and no older than fourteen (14) years of age at day of camp
- Able to be in a classroom setting without constant supervision, assistance, or intervention
General Schedule:
- 08:30am-9:00am: Drop-Off at East Pavilion (formerly Space Museum)
- 09:00am-9:30am: Orientation with Campers
- 09:30am-10:30am: STEAM Activities I
- 10:30am-11:30am: STEAM Activities II
- 11:30am-12:00pm: Lunch in West Pavilion Mezzanine (formerly Aviation Museum)
- 12:00pm-12:30pm: Museum Explorations / Recess at Playground (weather permitting)
- 12:30pm-01:30pm: STEAM Activities III
- 01:30pm-02:30pm: STEAM Activities IV
- 02:30pm-3:00pm: Clean-Up and Wind Down
- 03:00pm-3:30 pm: Pick-Up at Playground near East Pavilion (formerly Space Museum)
We will remain until every child is accounted for by our staff.
Single Day Camp Prices:
- Early Bird (available up to 10 days prior to camp) $79
- Regular (available up to three days prior to camp) $89
NEW OFFERING: Code and Study
Alternative to the more structured Day Camp schedule, campers from grades 3-8 (ages 8-14) may study, catch up on homework, or work on a coding project with us.
Work must be shared by the end of the day. Museum explorations and other light activities still provided.
