What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef
- Length: Approximately 2 hours.
- Demonstration. The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
- Location: Second floor - Please note the second floor can ONLY be accessed via stairs.
- Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 16 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
