Have you been itching to explore your internal world and creativity on a deeper level? Have you been hitting walls within yourself and your work?
In this full day workshop, Rachel (they/she) will invite you into practices and discussions that encourage you to engage with your internal world. As a queer, neurodivergent, ex-christian, Rachel has spent most of their life using self portraiture as a tool for expression, trauma processing, play, and collective liberation. This workshop will focus on self-curiosity through journal prompts, group discussions, and creative projects, all through the lens of self portraits.
Pack a lunch (we’ll have fridge space), your art supplies (optional), a journal, and yourself!
