Description

What do you know of your Brain?

A complex organ that controls thought, memory, emotion, touch, motor skills, vision, breathing, temperature, hunger and every process that regulates your body.

Metaphorically, what would your brain be like?

A powerful computer?

A growing, expanding muscle?

A computer is expandable through increasing the RAM,  as the speed and performance of your “system” is directly correlated to the amount of RAM you have installed in your computer, and if your system has too little RAM, it can be slow and sluggish.

Our Muscle grows when we exercise regularly, with stronger muscles, we are naturally fitter, leaner and healthier.

Do you also know that when we exercise mentally, our mental muscle grows too. In fact, it has been scientifically proven that our brain can grow regardless of age.

What would that look like for you?

if you use your brain more as a conductor rather than a workhorse.

If you are able to think outside the brain

If you can increase your mental muscle

In this workshop, we will cover why the need to extend our minds and the 4 ways we can tap into these in order to expand our minds to allow us to:

  • Focus more intently
  • Comprehend more deeply
  • Create more imaginatively

Come and Join me to discover these 4 ways to expand your Mind followed by a speed coaching session if you have a topic (challenge/issue) that you would like to work on.
