We’re excited to be bringing a new coffee experience to Sacramento. Old World Coffee Lab is a modern coffee roaster in Reno, Nevada, dedicated to the pursuit of quality in coffee. This starts with ensuring that the people involved—from farmers to consumers—are treated with respect and care. It also means that they source high-quality coffees that are grown to produce complex and delicious flavor profiles. Their goal in roasting is to honor the work everyone involved put into producing this coffee, meaning that each batch is roasted with precision and care to highlight its unique flavor profile. We hope you enjoy the experience of this coffee as much as we do!
We want patrons of the cafe to feel like you are coming to our home for a meal. You won’t find a large food menu, but instead, one that you’d expect when you go to a friend’s house for a meal. Our website will show what we’ll be serving on any given day, and you can decide if those options are something that appeals to you. If not, there’s bound to be something we’ll be serving on another day that will hit the mark.
Coffees, teas, and hot cocoas will be served till closing.
Most of our foods will be theme-based, such as lending to Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Witcher, Game of Thrones, and other fantasy favorites.
Our event capacity is about 50 people. Most of our events are by reservation, but if we don't sell out, we do allow drop-ins.
