Embark on the experience of a lifetime as we travel to the Red River Gorge of SouthEastern Kentucky to optimize our lives, wellness, and energetic state with the 7 Pillars of Evolution: Embodied Movement, Mindset, Fitness, Entrainment, Nourishment, Attunement and Service.
Your day will consist of morning group yoga, group NetworkSpinal entrainment, breakfast, various outdoor guided hike, yoga and foraging excursions, various pillar oriented workshops, free time for lunches, more group activity and feast/ceremony/music under the stars.
