In this hands-on experience, you'll craft three seasonal bourbon smash cocktails using fresh ingredients and autumn-inspired twists. Sip your creations and enjoy light bites as you learn techniques to elevate your cocktail game.

What To Expect
- Chef: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef
- Host: Brooke Brown-Fritz
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
- Locations: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase)
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
