On Monday, October 19, TASTE Wine Cafe is bringing together two incredibly talented people for a very special four-course Fall Winemaker Dinner: James Beard-recognized Chef Jeremy Hansen of Forest Glen Kitchen and winemaker Jared Rallison of J. Rallison Cellars.
And we could not be more excited.
Chef Jeremy Hansen has spent more than 35 years in kitchens, from the Pacific Northwest to a Michelin-starred kitchen in New York City. In 2015, he became the first chef from the greater Spokane area to be named a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef: Northwest, and his career has been built around thoughtful sourcing, seasonality, classic technique and food that creates connection.
For this dinner, Jeremy is creating a menu that feels unmistakably like fall in the Pacific Northwest.
Alongside him, we are thrilled to welcome our longtime friend Jared Rallison, owner and winemaker of J. Rallison Cellars in Sherwood. Jared has spent more than two decades making wine, developing a style centered around beautifully crafted, approachable wines that showcase the character of each vintage.

Doors open at 5:30 PM, where we’ll welcome you with a glass of bubbles before dinner begins at 6:00 PM.
Throughout the evening, Jared will share the stories behind the wines while Jeremy takes us through the inspiration behind each course. Expect incredible food, beautiful wine, a little education, and a fun surprise somewhere along the way.
