Family Musical Encounters

Saturday, January 14 | 2:00 pm in the CU Center
followed by interactive activities in the Borland-Manske Center

Enjoy the Concordia Wind Orchestra performing a family-friendly concert (est. length: 30 min).  The show is titled, "A Concert of Two Tunes (Toons)." The concert will include a Sousa March, familiar cartoon themes, and some toy-inspired music!

Following the performance, walk to the Music Building (BMC) where children (of all ages) can enjoy interactive musical demonstrations.  Stations include:
- Instrument petting zoo
- freeze game
- movement/dance activities
- brass tryouts
- gauntlet of percussion instruments
