In this very special class, we take you back to our roots - when Chef Gwyn’s great-grandfather Mortimer Bowen started Bowen’s Inn. We’ll be featuring some of the most iconic dishes from the old restaurant - many with our NTTC spin on them. And the evening will be peppered with stories of days gone by at Bowen’s Inn. 1st Course

Heirloom Tomato Burrata and Garlic Sourdough Crouton Salad

Paired with Santa Margherita Rosé

 

2nd Course

Pan Seared Scallops, Chorizo and Summer Corn

Paired with Sassoregale Vermentino

Bowen’s Inn Crab Imperial with Mustard Vinaigrette Charred Green Beans

Paired with The Stag Chardonnay

Grilled Summer Peach, Dulce de Leche Glazed Cronut and House Made Salted Caramel Ice Cream, 

Paired with Vina Esmeralda Sparkling Brut

Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, our professional chef instructor will show you how to create this fabulous menu, as well as offer you an exciting opportunity to assist in the kitchen.
