Appetizer
Seasonal Flatbreads, Two Ways
One with summer fruit, one with farm-fresh vegetables – light, flavorful, and wood-fired to perfection.

Salad Course
Fresh Watermelon & Blackberry Salad
Tossed with feta cheese and garden herbs and topped with fresh arugula and Honey Lime Mint Vinaigrette— a juicy, sweet-and-savory dish that captures the peak of summer.

Soup Course
Sweet Corn & Bacon Chowder
Rich, creamy, and comforting — made with sweet corn harvested from our farm and finished with smoky bacon.

Main Course
Pan Seared Chicken Thighs with Peach Thyme Pan Sauce
Served alongside warm potato and green been salad with lemon hear vinaigrette sautéed zucchini and squash with garlic and cherry tomatoes — a rustic, comforting dish that highlights the heart of our harvest.

Dessert
Warm Sweet Biscuit with Grilled Peaches & Fresh Cream
Stone fruit at its peak, gently grilled and served over a golden biscuit with a dollop of lightly whipped cream.

 

Cost of Event: $100/person + tax & fee (tip)

Doors open at 6pm—Appetizers and Drinks Upon Arrival. Dinner starts at 6:45pm.
