Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a refreshing Strawberry Lime Mojito—a bright, bubbly start to the evening that captures the flavors of spring. Enjoy with appetizers!
Begin with an Asparagus & Ramp Flatbread, topped with a zesty lemon-herb crème fraîche.
Follow with a vibrant Strawberry Spinach Salad, featuring candied pecans, creamy goat cheese, and a classic poppyseed dressing.
Next up, a lovely Golden Tomato Bisque, finished with fresh chives and a dollop of whipped feta for a creamy, savory twist on a seasonal favorite.
