Stillmeadow Farm Harvest Dinner

Appetizer
Fire-Roasted Brie
Melted over the fire and served with roasted grapes, toasted nuts, and garden herbs — paired with crusty Stillmeadow bread, fresh from our oven.

First Course
Wild Mushroom & Vidalia Onion Bisque
A creamy autumn favorite, finished with a splash of sherry, frizzled thyme, and toasted hazelnuts.

Second Course
Harvest Greens
Crisp mixed greens tossed with local apples, goat cheese, roasted pumpkin seeds, and cornbread croutons — drizzled with our house harvest vinaigrette.

Main Course
Cider-Braised Chicken Thighs Slow-simmered in local apple cider until tender, served alongside Juniper-Rubbed Steak Bites finished with rosemary butter, balsamic, and gorgonzola. Accompanied by Maple-Glazed Delicata Squash and Shaved Brussels Sprouts with pomegranate and pistachios.

Dessert
Maple Pecan Apple Pie
A warm slice of comfort — made with apples from our own orchard, sweet maple, and toasted pecans.

 

Cost of Event: $100/person (tip is not included)

Doors open at 6pm—Appetizers and Bar is open Upon Arrival. Dinner starts at 6:45pm. You will receive one specialty seasonal drink that comes with your dinner when you arrive.
