Experience the best of local flavors at Black Birch Vineyard with a five-course farm to table dinner catered by Wheelhouse. Enjoy fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared in innovative dishes that bring out the natural flavors of each ingredient. Each course is complemented by our award-winning wines from the vineyard, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Upon arrival, we will greet you with a glass of wine and Mezze boards featuring marinated feta, za'atar pita, mint tabbouleh, seasonal pickles, olive tapenade, grilled and fresh vegetables, dolmas, and spiced chickpeas, tzatziki, beet hummus, and roasted red pepper dip
Menu: (wine pairings to be determined)
First Course:
Grilled sourdough with a walnut and mushroom pate, herbed goat cheese, pickled blueberries and a balsamic port reduction
Second Course:
Watermelon gazpacho with grilled watermelon, fresh mint, and chili oil
Third Course:
Omnivore: Grilled octopus with honeydew, cantelope, watermelon, and thai basil vinaigrette
Vegetarian: Carrot lox with dill cream cheese, lemon, pickled red onions, crispy capers, and cracked black pepper
Fourth Course:
Omnivore: Lamb ragu with stewed heirloom tomatoes, pearled onions, celery, carrots, cremini mushroom, and harissa whipped ricotta over homemade tagliatelle
Vegetarian: Tempeh Bolognese with stewed heirloom tomatoes, pearled onions, celery, carrots, king trumpet mushroom, and harissa whipped ricotta over homemade tagliatelle
Fifth Course:
Stone fruit salad with local peaches, nectarines, plums, burrata and an almond tuile

*When purchasing tickets and checking out, you will be asked to specify an omnivore or vegetarian menu for each attendee. Vegetarian and omnivore menus can not be chosen for different courses. You will also be able to specify any individual dietary concerns or allergies at that time.
