What You Will Learn
Southern Maryland has a wealth of amazing local growers. From produce and meats to beer and wine, honey and flowers – and so much more. Each month we are proud to showcase these farmers’ and artisans’ creations as you enjoy an intimate 4-course menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, complete with wine pairings. Limited to 12 people in our second-floor kitchen overlooking Solomons harbor.

$150/person
Optional $50/person wine pairing add on.
Wine pairings include three wines from Two Lions Vineyards.
Menu inspired by Bowen’s Inn
Appetizer: Pan Seared Bay Scallops with Chorizo, Corn, buttermilk and lime juice
Salad: Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Cheese Salad
Entrée: Crab Imperial and Charred Green Beans with Mustard Vinaigrette
Dessert: Grilled Cronut and Summer Peach served with Bee’z Knees Nutty Goat Ice Cream
