We’re celebrating Fathers’ Day early this year. Thursday June 16th get ready for a CrawDADDY Boil at Steel String Brewery’s Carrboro Taproom.
Christian Thompson from NOLA, chef and owner of Pork In The Road, will be there starting at 4:00pm serving up a classic Cajun crawfish boil feast: Louisiana crawfish and Gulf Coast shrimp served with boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, and a side of Pork In The Road’s special Cajun remoulade.
Steel String Brewery’s flagship Pale Lager, Dad Fuel, will be flowing from the taps, and there will be Dad Fuel koozies, glassware, t-shirts, and 6-packs as gifts to go so you can be all set for Father’s Day on Sunday.
Crawdaddy Boil - Large
$35 per person
3 lbs. of boiled Louisiana crawfish and 1⁄2 lb. peel and eat shrimp per person served with boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, and a side of our "PITR" Cajun remoulade.
Crawdaddy Boil - Lite
$24 per person
2 lbs. of boiled Louisiana crawfish and 1/3 lb. peel and eat shrimp, served with boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, a side of our "PITR" Cajun remoulade.
Crawfish Boil
$18 per person
2 lbs. of boiled Louisiana crawfish served with boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, and a side of our "PITR" Cajun remoulade
Shrimp Boil
$19 per person
1 lbs. of Gulf Coast shrimp with boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, and a side of our "PITR" Cajun remoulade
