Description
MEMBERS ONLY (due to COVID restrictions) so that we can ensure compliance with the current Covid19 safe distancing protocols for the venue and can change the venue if necessary.
Tea and coffee provided.
We will be having a guest speaker this year - Helen Smith - who will be talking about our Strategic Plan, which she has assisted the Committee to develop, along with Paul Stevenson, CEO of the RSPCA.
The Agenda for the AGM will be sent out prior to the meeting.
Eligibility to vote at the AGM:
Clause 13.2 in the Fauna Rescue constitution
All members over 18 years who have been a member for a minimum period of 6 months may vote at a general meeting. Each such member shall have one vote only.

Fauna Rescue of SA Inc is a not for profit organisation made up entirely of volunteers working from their own homes to rescue, rehabilitate and release Australia's native wildlife. We receive no government funding and must raise our funds through public donation and fundraising events.
