Join us to audition for FDC's Season 3 show, debuting June 27th, 2026! Before you register, please fill out this short waiver from BU. We have a new liability waiver for 2026, so please also fill out FDC's waiver.
Audition day will run from 9 am to 1:30 pm. This season, we will start with teaching a combo in the Hip Hop category and then do a short across the floor segment and combo taught in the Contemporary/Jazz category. Dancers will perform the across the floor and combos for the applicable choreographers. Dancers do not need to prepare any choreography prior to audition day.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registration with links to the Choreographer Showcase and the Dance Selection Form. Dancers should review the Choreographer Showcase, which contains video snippets of each choreographer's piece, and then complete their Dance Selection Form - where they will identify and rank each piece they would like to audition for.
We are accepting video auditions for anyone unable to join us in person on audition day. In addition to the confirmation email, video auditioners will receive a second email from the FDC Board with video submission instructions. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this.
Audition registration closes on Simpletix on Thursday February 5th at noon. All audition materials, including both the Dance Selection Form as well as applicable video auditions, are due Thursday February 5th at 11:59PM.
