Our final menu of the season is the FEAST OF THE SEVEN FISHES. This special prix fixe menu is a celebration of the season and traditional Italian American fish inspired by Chef Dan Gleason's family roots. Cooked over a wood fire, and sourced locally where all possible, the SEVEN FISHES Tasting Menu will be posted the week of the dinner.

The Tasting Menu is a multi-course omnivore's menu. Sorry, no dietary restrictions available for tickets or a la carte this week.

Sumac strives to source 100% of all proteins, vegetables, dairy, and grains from within 150 miles. Located on a 27-acre farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, guests will experience a taste unique to the region from our one of a kind kitchen parked at Pen Druid Brewing and tap room. The menu changes weekly to offer you a creative take on fine fresh flavors.
