Felt Hat Burning Lab
Transform a simple felt hat into a one-of-a-kind statement piece using fire as your brush. In this guided workshop, you’ll learn safe wood-burning techniques to etch designs directly into felt—creating a personalized accessory that’s bold, stylish, and totally you.
🔥 Project Options
✨ Brim Border Design
Etch a repeating motif all the way around the brim for dramatic flair. Choose from stars, florals, vines, spiderwebs, or clean geometric lines.
Seasonal twist: bats, pumpkins, and moons for fall/Halloween 🎃, or snowflakes and evergreens for winter ❄️.
🌙 Crown Accent
Make a statement with a bold motif on the crown—your initials, a crescent moon, a radiant sunburst, or a cluster of florals. This is the perfect way to give your hat its own “signature.”
🔺 Hat Band + Accent Motifs
Burn a patterned “band” circling the crown (faux stitching, triangles, runes, or abstract marks). Add tiny scattered motifs—stars, florals, or symbols—for a finishing touch that makes your hat feel lived-in and magical.
