I am a black belt karateka with 20 years of experience in martial arts. Born in 1981, I dedicated two decades to training, competing, and teaching karate, and is now channeling that experience into practical self-defense instruction for women — focused on real-world situations, confidence-building, and simple techniques that work under pressure.
