Festive Goa - Indian Cookery with Chef Kanthi 10/12/25

Join us for this special class where we will be celebrating the beginning of the festive season in Goa, where 16 year old Kanthi started his food journey as an apprentice chef.

Goan food is known for its unique blend of Indian and Portuguese flavours. Learn about the unique history of the region whilst creating aromatic and flavour filled dishes.

You'll work in pairs to create a typical menu that will include:

  • Goan Feijoada- A thick, spicy Portuguese inspired dish
  • Mushroom Bhaji
  • Prawn Recheado- A spicy & tangy masala
  • Sannas- Steamed dumplings
  • Goan Caramel Bread pudding

Dietary information: The class involves cooking with nuts & coconut. This class is NOT Suitable for those who follow a gluten free, vegetarian or vegan diet. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
