Inspired by his food tours across India, Chef Kanthi shares his favourite authentic dishes.

Chef Kanthi brings the authentic tastes of India to the Community Kitchen, sharing his professional cooking techniques and flavour combinations so you can prepare a delicious variety of Indian snacks this holiday season.

A typical menu will include varied dishes such as:

  • Curry Puffs – a flaky pastry filled with flavourful curry

  • Pakoras – Indian style vegetable fritters

  • Tamarind and Coriander Chutney and Cranberry Raita

  • Lamb Kebabs

  • Sweet and Savoury Pani Puris
