Nothing brings people together like a great meal. In honor of the holidays, Hilltop Alumni Chef Jenn Sills, previously of Gjusta, Jon and Vinny’s and Secret Chinese, along with best-selling cookbook author Natasha Feldman welcome the JFL of WBT to an exclusive seating at Festivus: A Jewish BBQ Pop-Up. Event will be at 7pm on December 13th at Kiff Kaffe, the most charming hidden gem in all of Los Angeles.
Come and be surrounded by old friends and new friends alike and eat a delicious Chanukah Inspired BBQ feast featuring a smorgasbord of reimagined holiday favorites served family-style. Family style menu highlights include:
The Big Maccabee (Jewish smoked brisket between two perfectly crisp latkes)
The Meat and Three: Smoked Brisket, Apricot Chicken or an onion laden stuffed cabbage with upgraded deli slaw, tzimmes with olive oil and smoked dates, and kugel mac and cheese
Small noshes like house pickles, chicken liver and potato chips, and challah rolls with smoked honey butter
Sticky Sesame Ice Cream Sundaes with Halva and Smoked Tahini Spiced Caramel
Price includes sweet tea and lemonade. Wine is additional and can be purchased at the event.
